Sara Jane and Alex had a fabulous wedding in downtown Grapevine and I cannot say enough how much of a privledge it was to photograph their wedding!
Just before she was going to walk down the isle, Sara Jane looked over at her 12 year old bonus daughter and maid of honor (I know! How sweet is that?) holding back tears and said, “Everything I have ever dreamed of is about to come true! What am I supposed to do with that? This is everything I ever wanted. What do I do?” All of my brides that I have worked with have always been happy and joyful, but man! This was The. Best. Thing. I. Ever. Heard. Talk about holding back the tears here!

Their ceremony was at Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church in Lewisville, followed by a reception at The Lancaster Theater in downtown Grapevine. I love the light and ambiance that a Catholic ceremony can lend itself to.
Just before Sara Jane and Alex became officially married in the eyes of the Catholic church the priest motioned me over to come up even closer with such a smile on his face. I was over come with emotion at the fact that he allowed me to invade his space a little because he knew how important it was to his couple that their exact moment of marriage was captured. This was one of the sweetest moments during the ceremony.
